Since 1977, I have been a licensed real estate agent and appraiser beginning as a staff associate and advancing to chief appraiser/administrator with eventually establishing my own brokerage and appraisal company (Dussias & Associates and The Arizona Real Estate Club) in 1984 in Tucson, Arizona. I gained valuable experience in most facets of real estate including residential, commercial, industrial, vacant land sales and leasing. My additional business experience includes office management, marketing, research, analysis, communication, contract writing and negotiating as well as computer skills.

In the USA, I have prepared over 10,000 appraisals for over 100 major U. S. lending clients and negotiated hundreds of real estate transactions. I am a Candidate Member of RICS and an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute as well as a member of the Hellenic Institute of Valuation, and FIABCI, The International Real Estate Federation. During my career I have been a successful businessman and consultant to hundreds of clients. Considerable knowledge and experience in appraisal report writing, research, analysis, marketing, public relations, and coordination and business consultations.

Since 1998, I relocated to Greece, familiarized myself with the real estate market over the next few years, offered consultation and valuation services on a limited basis. Began working with Colliers International in 2004 as the Senior Valuation Consultant. While at Colliers the valuation department grew from me to three senior appraisers, a junior associate and a research assistant with a reciprocal increase in clients, productivity and income. I established Dussias EuroValue Consultans Int'l Ltd[/URL], in 2009 an since then I have also established a working association with NAI Ktimatiki since September 2009 as Senior Valuation Consultant and Market Analyst.
