Hi I am new to this forum and somewhat new to the real estate market. My purpose of being on here is two fold. I represent a group of investors in Chicago who are looking for buyers to purchase property in the Chicagoland area. My job is to recruit qualified buyers who would be able to purchase these properties. I joined this forum to find out ways to accomplish this process. I am also here to learn more about the real estate business legitimately. I have come across some shady characters in this business who have left a bad taste in my mouth. Look forward to the many exciting things I will learn from this experience.
