    Just joined the forum (thus the introductory message). Been an active in the real estate industry for almost 20 years, wearing a multitude of different "caps" - banker, investor, developer... have sold off most of my holdings, thankfully. Past four years have re-focused my efforts into renewable energy, but still like to keep my finger on the pulse of the RE industry.

    Looking to be an active member of the community.
