I would like to introduce myself, Bob, and my company, Cornwall Realty Group, to the Forum. I have been practicing Real Estate since 2003 in Central CT. Starting my own company in 2007 just as the market was dropping. I have seen good times and bad; I have the battle scars to prove it. I hope to gain insights into real estate from the thousands of minds that make up this forum and humbly offer my knowledge and experience as well. I look forward to edifying discussions.
