    Default Expired License:

My Ca Real Estate license expired in 2007 and I wanted to know if I can get it reactivated and what the costs are. If someone can give me an answer and information concerning this I would very much appreciate it.

Because of the virtue of change in licensing law, since March 1999 you can reinstate your expired real estate license which expired more than 24 months ago well you will have to pay the licensing fees you missed while the license was expired and a late fee well I'm not sure how much would be the payment. In renewing your license you must write to the Real Estate Board to request a "license reinstatement" application for your expired license. The request should include your name, date of birth and signature, address and last four (4) digits of your social security number only. The Real Estate Board will send you the license reinstatement application, with any relevant materials, and calculate the correct fee so that you may reinstate your license.
