Hello all, I'm new to this forum but have been checking it out and like what I see so far. I've been looking for an active community to participate in and Real Estate Forum seems to be a good spot to hang out and talk with other like minded folks.

It's interesting to read some of the ideas brought up in this forum and I'm impressed by what some of the agents and brokers on this board are doing in terms of marketing their business.

To get you started with a bit of my background, my name is Joe and I'm a web marketing consultant with a Real Estate Technology firm called iHOUSEweb in sunny Davis, CA. We provide IDX Solutions and Custom Real Estate Websites with IDX Built-In.

Welcome to the forum. Yes, this is indeed a great avenue not only to share one's ideas and learn from the posts but to market our businesses as well. This is what you call social media marketing which has become an effective tool since the advent of these popular social media sites.
