My name is Larry Zitek. I am new to the forum as of this morning. I have been in banking, specific mortgage lending, since 1974. In 1996 I was one of the first bankers to provided real estate brokerages services along with mortgage lending. Since that time I have assisted thousands of consumers with selling, buying and financing of homes. I beleive it is time for Professional, Knowledgeable Realtors to also become Loan Officers and provide one stop shopping to their clients. By doing so the agent provides a higher level of service to his/her clients and significantly increases their income. Since I have experienced the efficientcies of having control over the transaction it is somthing I beleive other Realtors should be doing and would like opinions from professionals such as yourselves.
