Hello Real Estate Forum,

I am looking forward to participating in your forum as a professional real estate investor with over 17 years experience and 100+ homes purchased.

I live in Lake Lure, NC and am also an active member of CREIA in Asheville as well as the Upstate CREIA in Greenville, SC. I attend their meetings regularly. I am a Certified Home Inspector and previously licensed RE Broker.

Do you have any idea why my message was cut short?

That was my second attempt to write an introduction, but it keeps getting cut off. There must be a character limit or something.
