    Default Welcome Rod

    Welcome Rod,

I completely agree with running it like a business. Its not as easy as some make it look. Its a lot of foot work and smart moves on your part to know the market and build your business.

My recommendation is get into Video Production for listings. Its a Niche that is just starting to get popular and.... very wise if you can do the quality work yourself and/or hire out.

    Best,
    John Perkins
