Looking for a Luxury Home in Pune

I'm looking for a luxurious home in Pune City near Kondhwa or NIBM side. Preferably 3 bedrooms and budget around 60-70 lakhs. Planning to start a family so want to give the best to my family. I'm new to the city so would really appreciate help.
Can anyone pls suggest a few good properties in Pune?

I was also looking for some apartments in that area so I have come across a few good names. You should look at Bramha Emerald County, Marvel Properties and Urban Space. These are some that i think will help you. I am personally planning to book one at Urban Space...I really liked they layout and apartments structures. Plus, the amenities they are offering are very exciting! will let you know if I finalise.
