Hi all, I'm actually not a realtor (yet), but I do run a real estate business. I operate a local area listing site called PG Listings for my home town of Prince George, BC, Canada. It has been up for one year now and is doing quite well, and I would love any feedback from anybody on here. Thoughts on what can be done to enhance the site, anything!

The site is called pglistings.ca (not yet allowed to post URLs)

The objective is to retain approximately 20% of the city's market share - that way I will remain a specialized service for my clients to offer home owners as part of their presentation package, and it will provide myself with a reasonable income, a win win.

The site was started when my parents moved away, they were constantly complaining about the bad pictures and the numerous different sites they had to visit to browse potential homes. I figured that an easy to navigate site with high quality full screen images might help others in their shoes - and it has, with some home owners listing with my clients explicitly because they offered the service of a real estate photographer along with a listing on the site as part of their presentation.

I am a big fan of the dynamic nature of the industry, and I look forward to any feedback offered - thanks!
