I am in San Diego. The conditions are okay i guess, the house prices have gone up but less and less people are buying houses.

Were are you from? and how are the conditions there?

hello Claire,

I love San Diego and I had been there many times.
I am in Austin TX now and the market here is booming.
Many people from other states are coming here to invest because unemployment is low
and property prices are one of the lowest in the U.S.

I love to go vacationing in San Diego soon.

Yes I love living in San Diego. I know that In Austin a lot of software companies are emerging maybe this explains the climb in the real estate business.

Btw, are you a seller or a buyer?? How long have you been in the business?
