I'm Bob Williams of St. Louis, Missouri. Just about every industry out here has a forum for their profession, so I decided to seek out one for the real estate industry so here I am!

I've been in the business since 2002. Over the years I've seen agents come and go. Many of those agents gave up their licenses because they didn't realize they had alternatives.

I now have a Realty Referral and Holding Service business which allows agents to save their license versus giving it up because they can't afford to pay certain fees or just need a break.

Any agent out there in that situation (in Missouri), contact me for details before giving up your license due to the economy or stress of fees.
