Default New Hampshire Realtor, just saying Good Morning :)

Brand new member to the forum, and jumping in to get my feet wet. This looks like a great place for mutual referrals for real estate and more... Guess I'll introduce myself.

I'm Val, a full-time agent in southern New Hampshire, also licensed in Massachusetts. Any fellow New England Realtors here? I'm going into my 6th year of practice, and every day I learn there is so much more to learn! Guess I'll sit back now and wait for the referrals to start rolling in (J/K!!)

They say that you are more likely to reach your goals if you tell somebody, so I figure that by telling it on a forum, I'm more likely to actually accomplish most if not all of them. Here goes:
    1) Get my Broker's License. Not to go completely on my own, but "Associate Broker" sounds so much better than "Salesperson".
    2) Redesign my website. I'm a self-taught web designer who learned back in the early days of raw HTML (pre-CSS) so you can imagine how much better my website can be with some professional assistance. Can't afford a custom site, but perhaps there are some sources for a template site that won't break my meager budget.

Well, that's all for now since I just glanced at the clock and realized that I need to leave for a class at my RE board. I look forward to getting to know the folks who are active on the forum. Thanks for reading, hope I didn't put anyone to sleep

Great goals and writing them down is essential in my book! If you don't write down what you are planning on doing and your course of action it makes the overall process of acheiving those goals much harder and a lot less organized. We're glad to have you here, welcome!

    Default Hello from BlueButterfly.

    Dear Val,

This is a very inspiring post. We sell beach and island properties in the Philippines. We give out great incentives for referrals. Hope we can work together in your area. I can send the full inventory list.

Hope to hear from you. Thanks.
