My name is Gary Urich. I've been in the Real Estate Industry for over 7yrs now.
I'm located in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.I'm originally from Ohio.I've been in the Carolinas for 6yrs now and love the coast. Our market has many buyers from PA,OH,New York and the New Jersey areas. If you are an agent from any of these areas and feel I'd be of great service for you and your clients, I'd like the opportunity to do business with you.

Welcome aboard and it is nice to meet you! If you have any interesting tidbits for any of our Real Estate noobs then please fire away! The Real Estate Market is a great way to establish wealth as people will always need a place to live! The ups and downs to me are nothing compared to the rewards!
