Proven Idea Worth Anything?
Hi Guy's,
I don't have an agents license nor do I want one. Here's a unique story and would you be kind enough to submit ideas?
I've always been in corporate sales / marketing for Fortune 100 companies in the SE and now semi retired. I decided as a self taught SEO expert to play around and help family member provide leads for his small Real Estate agency in a town of about 75k.
We have all the C21's, RE Max's, numerous others, etc.
I have Completely redesigned his IDX website and overall online / offline tie in marketing approach(This is key).
A year has gone by and Daily IDX Figures are as follows:
5 qualified leads added daily,
1800 Page loads(Actually more based on 2 other stat counters) daily,
500 emails sent daily,
75 responses to emails daily,
and a bunch of other underlying "Stuff" most people would never under stand.
I see perfectly good traffic activity of an up coming buyer(Obvious to me) disappear at the same time the home they've been watching. You Figure it out. That makes me sick.
I've put together effective auto responders for surfacing strong leads that these guy's are too lazy to use. 10 minutes / day / per agent / would be all that's necessary to easily accommodate 15 - 20 leads per day - per agent. - What would you do to have leads knocking on your email? I can make it happen.
But, "Only phone leads count". Lazy Bums!
All of the competition uses and loves our site - including their customers(I know how to steal them, but tired of keeping his business going).
The local Real Estate advertisers show our "Hit's" from prospective customers nearly double all of their other advertisers prospective hits - combined!
IDX is even amazed.
All of our competitors and every one in the area knows that **** Realty Owns the internet!
How much do I get paid? $000000000000000! After all, he is family and the downturn in market is still tuff, cost still high, etc.
I would be willing to work with some one who has contacts. Possibly a territorial business plan.
I'll post this on other forums. See who show's interest.

Depends on how much $$ you have. I'm very serious.
However, you never know till you ask
