Hi Everyone! I am a broker in Bend Oregon and I am new to this real estate forum. I look forward to both contributing and learning from other agents on this site. I am interested in both sending and receiving referrals to/from other real estate agents I meet on this forum outside of Bend, Oregon. Bend Oregon Real Estate is finally having somewhat of a revival after crashing 35-50% (depending on the neighborhood) since 2006, and I hope your local market is on the road to recovery as well.

That is great news! I am hearing that more and more from people in the United States and that is awesome. Let's not forget that there is money to be made in these types of markets as well, you just need to rethink your strategy. Welcome to the forum mate!
