I should create a big San Diego only section here

Hold on, it's called "National Real Estate" ... don't wanna be too biased

Yeh, I am told. Most of my clients are real estate guys most of which are in San Diego

I don't do real estate but my partner used to work for one of the " mass real estate template web site " companies so believe me: I hear about Real Estate all the time

To be welcome to the Forum...Well Just like VegasMack suggested the number one suggestion that I would recommend is do not take the test for granted it is TOUGH! You can not over prepare... I personally used Web exam, Video Training and the Pre Test Class! Looking back the main reason l passed was because I made sure I was prepared...So my three main suggestions or words of advice are to Study, Study and Study more! Make sure you feel confident going in and you will do fine! Good luck! and once again Welcome to the Forum to be!

Welcome to the real estate forums, To Be. Using these forums will help you aquire information about your marketing, once you get your real estate license. Also please feel free to ask questions about the exam as I do believe we have several California Realtors here. I look forward to seeing you on the forums and best of luck on your real estate exam.

Default there is a question for u :)

the following are essential to the creation of an ''agency'' relationship, except:
A)a licensed real estate broker and a licensed insurance broker.
B)A licensed real estate broker and a licensed real estate salesperson
C)a licensed real estate broker and another licensed real estate broker.
    D)none of the above.

let me give u the answer also the answer is D. and it is saying that ''the law does not prohibit a partnership between a broker and any other person includind a salesperson......''i already know this but i thought the law permits a partnership between a broker and another broker. i mean why two broker couldnt be partners... thanks for answer from now.
