Welcome
To be welcome to the Forum...Well Just like VegasMack suggested the number one suggestion that I would recommend is do not take the test for granted it is TOUGH! You can not over prepare... I personally used Web exam, Video Training and the Pre Test Class! Looking back the main reason l passed was because I made sure I was prepared...So my three main suggestions or words of advice are to Study, Study and Study more! Make sure you feel confident going in and you will do fine! Good luck! and once again Welcome to the Forum to be!

When I passed my real estate exam I got a book from anthony schools that had every single question that you would be asked on it. When I took the test I didn't even to read the whole questions before I knew the answers. It was very helpful.
