New Member from Melbourne!!!

Hi Everyone,

I'm 34, married, no kids (yet) - my wife and I have our 3br PPOR in Heathmont, as well as an 2br unit which is an IP, with holding costs of $60/mth.

Have bought and sold a place in Sydney many moons ago, my next step is another IP, and I'm eyeing off Ballarat over the next 3-6 months.

Moving even further than that, I will be researching SMSFs as an investment tool as well.
