Default I have been selling homes for 30 years

A home is the single most important thing most people will buy in a lifetime.Todays market reflects the the government and banks failure. This is a failed system that the realestate agents and brokers are still useing to determine the value of everything you worked for(your home.)1 never base the price of your home on a forclosure market these homes have been abandon with vengance holes punch in the walls or more than likley striped. Agents have turned into used car salesmen selling homes based on a forclosure market so they can make a sale and get a comission.Agents should try to sell your home for fair market value not forclosure market value. The people expect to get fair market value .People if you have a home that you want to sell here is a very eazy way to figure this out the fair market value. (Older homes) land value+$100 per sq ft +extras or -for repairs. New homes 125 to 200 sq ft depending on upgrades + land value if you are told different you are dealing with a used car salesman and a failed system.

    Default Hey Frank

Welcome to the forum Frank! I agree with the idea that Realtors shouldn't be selling homes for under market value, however, in order to make a turn around you would have to stop your competition from listing below you. If you can find a way to stop it let me know.
