Hey there, my name's Cody.

Most likely you joined this forum sometime in the past for the same reason as I am now - real estate is confusing.

I'm actually going up to my county courthouse tomorrow to attempt to find some properties in the records.

I've only got $25,000 to work with, but I'm hoping there's something for my family. As you can probably tell, I'm pretty clueless to the whole process.

I'm one of the very "bright" 18 year olds that got their girlfriend pregnant, so I've got to find us a home. Just letting everyone know how I've come to cross paths with you. Thanks for having me.

Welcome tot he forum Cody. I can definitely say Ive been in your shoes before. Don't ever feel like your the only one. Hang in there and work hard and you will eventually be where you want.
