Hi everyone!

My name is Marc Chouinard and I'm a relatively new Realtor in the capital region of Canada. Ottawa is a great place to work and live and there are many successful agents in the area. I'm happy to have found this forum where I can share ideas with others in the business as well as expand my knowledge of the real estate world. Wlecome aboard, mchouinard! There's this show my girlfriend is always watching--Property Virgins or something like that--that I believe takes place in Canada. It seems that a lot of Canadian real estate seems to have more character than that of the U.S. Or, at least that's the way it seems from the show.

Property Virgins is a great show! I watch it all the time and yes it takes place in Toronto and surrounding areas. In fact HGTV (Home & Garden Television) is a great channel for Realtors. Much can be learned from watching others in action.
