Hi, from Charleston, South Carolina
Hi everyone,
I am actually not a real estate agent myself, but I own a house that I plan on selling next year and wish to get some ideas and information on some specific things that I ought to do before hand. (I have no mortgage so this has to do more with the physical house itself and saleability, etc. and things of that nature more than the financial end)....I will be posting pretty soon in the Buyers/Sellers section!
Other than that, I am 29 years old, a full-time student and investor, etc. and we plan on moving back to the southern New England area in about a year or so.
Thanks everyone,

High there Austin023,
Welcome to the community. It sounds like you're pretty fortunate to be in the position that you are in, having full equity in a home. I envy you.

How is the market down in Charleston?
And leaving the warm weather for the chilly north?
