Hello everyone.

I have been doing this crazy business we call Real Estate for over 8 years and I must admit that it never once crossed my mind to seek out forums where fellow collouges share and swap ideas and support.

Looking forward to contributing to this site and learning a lot from all of you.

I am currently living and working in beautiful British Columbia (in the Lower Mainland to be exact) which is bordering the state of Washington for those who might not know.

I see that there is a section for us Canadians and as usuall it is "cozy" so that should be interesting.
