I'd start by contacting a local real estate agent who is familiar with the area in which you would like to live.

Hi guys welcome to the forums. You can learn a lot of great information and get lots of great advice from here. If your looking to buy a home you should first look into getting a loan pre-approval letter so you can look into homes in your price range and they will also help you get your offer accepted and avoid the headache of a rejected offer.
