    Default New From Arizona

    Had my Arizona real estate license since 2005. Got my first listing shortly after being licensed, pretty much the day the real estate bubble burst

    Wish I knew about real estate forums back then, it would of help a lot.

    I started in 2007 and the top of the market in my area was 2006, and it's been down hill ever since. Every year has been harder than the previous so I know where you coming from. Someday things will get easier.
