Just moved to a new state after being a Realtor in another state for 30 years. I'm thinking of being on a team for a successful Realtor. They have offered me a 50/50 split on leads that I get from them and will give me 70/30 on leads I bring in. The catch is that it is a 95% company where the fees are ($700) plus a month. I was thinking that the team leader would pay my fees....any thoughts from folks that have done this?
