I am an investment property/homeowner who is trying to educate myselfon someins and outs of what to expect as I approach the time to sell my propety.

please bear with my ignorance as i try to pick your brains for tips on what to expect so as to avoid being one of those "dumb-a$$es" realtors sometimes talk about. hahaha
