Hi all, I'm looking forward to learning more about the business, particularly marketing ideas that have worked for others in the business. I'm actually not a realtor myself, my wife is. I help her with her marketing while she handles all the selling.

Actually, I prefer being on the marketing/investing side of the business rather than the sales side. We own a couple of rental properties and we've got some ambitions to do some property developing, so I'd prefer to focus my time there. With one agent on the 'team' already we get the benefit of someone in the business, so there's not much value in me joining in as well. Or at least I think so!
