I would love to talk with all of you about what you do in real estate. I was a realtor when I was a younger person, but then decided to get into investing, and have been doing that for around 25 years. I am thinking of becoming an agent again as I enjoy using the knowledge I have gained to help others with their real estate endeavors whether they are buying a home or an investment property. I also had an online company for around 10 years that was designed to help people find recorded information on real estate. It was a web site where you could research recorded real estate documents from our county court house. It was kind of like a do it yourself title search site. Any way, I love to talk real estate,so........Lets Talk!

The company and website are closed down now (closed about a year ago) but it was called The County Record. I took records from our county court house dump site and sorted out all of the real estate related ones. We then posted the text and the document images on the site for research purposes. I had a lot of fun doing it, but after ten years, my partner, who was the computer and technical engineer of the website, decided to move on. Well, now I that I have the time, I want to get back into working directly with real estate sales. I am thinking of going the commercial route this time as all of my other ventures were in residential properties.
