It's great to have located another quality source for real estate information and guidance. I deal with private money. Unlike so many people that state they have sources and simply shop you around to hundreds of hard money sources, I have two affiliations that have the money themselves. They are the lenders with their own funds (very deep pockets). I simply locate the deals.

Our philosophy on lending is that we have a true "anything that makes sense" approach to making loans. It's a great way to do business.
