Hey everyone!

I've been sitting on the fence for a few years now; either to get into real estate sales or not.

Over the past 4 years since the company I worked for went bankrupt I've been able to land a few decent paying jobs at roughly $25/hr. in this terrible economy but none of the jobs are very long term.

My stint has been,,,laid off for 9 mos. work 6,,,laid off 9 mos. work 8,,,laid off 6 work 4,,, and now been laid off for 2 months and all the jobs seem to be 6 week contracts.

So my question is. If I've been struggling to make $40,000 a year and I'm wondering why shouldn't I take a chance?

I talked to a few agents and they have told me I could easily make $100,000 my first year.

I find that hard to believe but even if I struggled at 40-60,000 I'd be better off.

Just wondering if anyone can offer some insight
