I found this place after being disappointed with two other largely inactive real estate forums recently.

I'm an investor actively seeking deals in the Northern Virginia / DC area. I have routinely worked with two Realtors in the past, however they have both been unavailable recently and I am looking to form a new relationship with an area agent; preferably someone who has worked extensively with REO and banks.
