My name's Daniel. I currently work an 8 - 5 job as a warehouse manager. My passion has always been home repair, wood working, and other creative hands on things.

After watching a bunch of shows on T.V about renovating houses and turning them for a profit, I figured that's perfect for me. I didn't realize how little I know about realestate until I started reading books on the subject. I am, however, determined to find my way through this jungle of information and make it work
