Hey Guys!
My name is Roy. I am currently working for an electrical supply house. A J-O-B! Im looking for a better way to live life. After much research I have decided that now would be a great time to get into the real estate bussiness. My goal is to be a wholeseller. Any help or knowledge would be greatly appreciated! Im currently trying to find a way to find foreclosures in my area without going through a realator. Reason being, so I can research the market without wasting someones time. If anyone knows how to accomplish this like a "secret" website LOL that would be great. Thank you for the help, and reading my welcome post. Roy, welcome to the forum. There is a wealth of information online, including sites where you can search for REO's (bank-owned properties). Feel free to search and if you still can't find any info, PM me.
