Hello everyone,
I am an investor in short sales here in CA. I am looking for some answers as to what is really going on in the market! We have short sale properties priced higher than equity sells of comparable size. We see over inflated BPO's and a record number of REO's. If I want to by a short sale with a title all knotted up with liens why would a bank, lender, agent think that anyone would pay anything close to their "fair market" asking price which is over priced anyways? Any idea what is going on lately?
