Future bro here !
Heylo my fellow agents and future bros!
Let see, my name is Dave (20) I am currently jobless and never really a "real" job before in my life...
I think my only hope now is real estate! Right now I am taking some courses in Real Estate (Principles & Practice) and hope to take the salesperson exam soon.
What else........... I hope to learn a lot of experience members here

I'm glad you are looking to Real Estate as a "fall back". Keep in mind that all though you will be your own boss the real estate agents that survive and thrive year after year are extremely disciplined and typically work more then they would at a "real job".

Welcome to the real estate forum. Sorry to hear you're jobless. Too much of that going around. Real estate can be a rewarding career, but it is very difficult to make it.
