    Cool Sleepless in Seattle?

    No, not really. I actually sleep pretty well. I am in Seattle though. I just thought it would be a fun title to introduce myself with to the forum.

    I'm Josh Sanders and I've been in the real estate business since I was 21 years old. A LOT has changed in that time, for sure.

    Most recently, and not to self promote, I launched our first real estate brokerage, Shiloh Street. I also created an online marketing school for Realtors and agents, Shiloh Street University.

    The businesses are going quite well so far, even with the down economy and industry. Looking forward to talking with everyone!
