Teach me the way of the house
I know it may be a little late to start in the industry. People will always need a home though. I am thinking about getting my license. I have read a few books about investing in foreclosures, I would like to specialise in this. I am young and eager to learn the ins and outs of the industry. I would like to meet other agents with a gratuitous amount of experience and also those just beginning like me as well.

Hexxon, welcome to the forum. No, it is not too late to join the industry, regardless of the current economy people will always buy/sell homes and the market will get better. Enjoy the forum as it is a great source of information. And good luck with the license.

It's never too late. We've got some retired guys that just started the business and are actually doing really well. It just takes drive and a little bit of luck.
