Hello all, I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Cody Sperber and I am a full time real estate investor / wholesaler from Arizona. I buy and sell homes I purchase at auction (KleverInvestor.com) and have never been busier. I buy 4-5 homes per week and have been flipping houses for 5 years now. I am a blogger (RealEstateSEOTrainingCourse.com and ActiveRain.com/KleverInvestor) and educate others how to market themselves online on my free real estate search engine optimization blog.
