    Default Canceling a contract

    I haven't been here for a while so what can I do if I have bad service form a real estate agent and can't get a hold of the broker and want to cancle the contract?

    You could send a letter to the BIC stating your problem and that if you have not heard back within so many days you are going to contact your state's real estate commission. Send it via registered mail.

    find your local dept of real estate and call them to see the proper way of doing this. shouldnt be an issue if you do it correctly

    Did you try contacting the real estate agent and telling him you are unhappy with his service and would like to cancel your contract?

    There's no problem that can't be solve by good conversation...Try to speak and be heard, anyways you have the right to.
