Default New RE agent looking for broker

    hey all,

this is my first post of many! i look forward to reading great posts and contributing to them too. i'm in the process of choosing a broker and having some trouble.

i'm told over and over again, "you need training", but that's not the only interest i'm considering while picking a broker. i mainly hear this from the "big box" companies. other suggest a mentor.

any other suggestions to look out for?

    thanks!

you should definitely find someone that is willing and eager to train. training and support are 2 keys when working for a broker. also, make sure you work with someone with integrity....very important. good luck
