Can You Help Me Reach My Goals of Becoming A RE Investor

Hello,
I am a young college student getting started in life. I work part time but what I would like to do is start a career in real estate investing. I am very determined and willing to work hard to accomplish my goal of having a successful career investing in real estate. I need all the knowledge, advice, and help I can get. I need help with legal issues such as business licenses, business plan writing, etc, I also need help with financial issues such as info on start up capitol, hard money lenders, government and private grants, and tax benefits for businesses in FL. Resources on where to find investment properties, help on getting started, and any advice from people who have experience in this field would all be excellent. I am in the very beginning stages of writing a business plan so any insight on what to include/exclude, how to word certain phrases, and generally any other pointers that will help me to gain the funding I need. My primary goal is to purchase and flip my first property within the next 6 months and aquire either duplex or multiplex apartment to generate monthly cash flow any information that has helped others get started and you believe may be helpful for me is welcome.

I thought this post would be on fire but not quite, so anybody got any links to other post that have useful info if you have experience in RE and have posts on this forum that could help me get started, please post a link to this forum. Any help or info is GOLDEN.
