A wild Brian has appeared!

Hello all! My name is Brian and I live in the sunny state of California. I am a big forums nerd and usually sign up to all forums that pique my interest. I'm pretty young (18) and don't know much about real estate at the moment. Real estate does interest me and I do have basic marketing knowledge (2 years) and Econ (taking macro atm). I have come here to hopefully learn what a textbook cannot teach me, and pick up some Dos and Donts of the trade while I'm at it. I'm still working on figuring out how to acquire my license as I'm currently a first year college student. I'm probably not gonna be the one to answer questions around here, so hope to see you guys around I guess.

Well I'm glad you made it to this forum Brian. I'm sure you will learn quite a bit here. I am also new to the forum but have already seen some great stuff posted here.
