Market yourself to real estate agents in your area, go to caravans, show a portfolio of your previous work. There is an area on this forum dedicated to site reviews, you should submit your site there.

Well it sounds like you love to take photos. I know for people that don't have a lot of money a good way to drive traffic to your website is through social media like Facebook and Linkedin.

Look into it I'm sure you will find it easy to find people there.
