    We work mainly in the central coast (Pacific Beach, Mission beach, La Jolla, Ocean Beach) but have been trying to expand inland into Mission valley and East County. The beach activity had really fallen off as buyer are finding it harder to get loans at the price point, and there are a lot of first time buyers that were previously shut out of the market due to the high cost of housing.
