    Default triple net lease investor.

    I'm a rookie triple net lease investor who wants to tap into this market. I'm currently seeking a broker to guide me through the process of my first acquisition. I'm also seeking acquisition financing. Any leads on good lenders would be appreciated. Any suggestions regarding good and trusted brokers would also be helpful. Thanks.
