Hello
Hi everyone, I'm not in the Real Estate business, although I used to be a loan officer. I got out when it became impossible to fund a loan around mid 2007.
I'm still quite interested in real estate, mortgage, finance, the economy, etc, which is why I registered here. Back when I was in the mortgage business I started a site to generate leads at TruthfulLending.com and I was reading through the posts I wrote on that site a few years ago and was amazed at how much I've since forgotten.
Since I left the industry I went into web development/marketing, which I've been doing ever since.
So, I'm really here just to browse around, see what everyone has to say, maybe contribute my 2-cents where appropriate, and that's about it.
