Hi!

My name is Mike and I have been involved in real estate for several years. I owned a property management & maintenance business for 3 years. During that time I managed over 45 properties and hundreds of units. I have seen and dealt with almost everything (but I am a believer you learn something new everyday).

I currently own commercial and residential property. I have done all kinds of real estate transactions including flips.

The reason I stopped my property management business full time is because I started buying/opening new businesses and it was too much to keep up with all of them. I decided on keeping the retail businesses and closed my pm biz.

I have just got back into real estate in a new form, text message marketing. My company offers text message solutions to businesses and real estate professionals. We also offer business consulting.

I joined this forum as a "hobbie" since I enjoy real estate I like talking about. I am here to help if you have any questions just ask. I will be on when I can.
